There is no long training seminar. There is no catch. If you are a homemaker, student, retiree or just need some extra money feel free to call us. Okay, sounds good, what do I do? As a rep you will maintain a good image of the company which you are now a part of. You can select any business or residental clients in your area to do business with. That is right, you will be working near your home where you are most comfortable. You are still free to roam wherever you want to find business. You get the business or resident to call us and have a cleaning completed and paid for, you recieve a check for 20% of the Cleaning cost. Yes. You get paid to just refer customers. It is that simple. Do I do any cleaning? None. Do I have to sign anything? Besides your tax ID, no. There are no contract obligations. You could do nothing for years, a few twice a year, or everyweek. What do I wear if I decide to try to make money? Business like attire is recommended to be the most productive and we have polo shirts that we give you for free. But, here at Element, we are not big into the whole business look. We prefer a more family casual approach. Caring about people is what matters first. So dress according to what you feel comfortable. You might be out grocery shopping and make a sale in pajamas! Who knows!
